Where is the negative star option?? I've been trying for a long time to find the words and express myself on how terrible and disappointing this company is. If you can even call it a company. My fiancée and I bought our first home last year. A beautiful rehab and quick/easy buying process. Should've realized something would be awry. Sellers failed to mention the existence of terrible ongoing termites due to "awesome" pest services purposely lying on the wood destroying insect report. As Joe the pest man put it, 'help the process go faster for selling'. This man, came in my home, admitted negligence, gave a half attempted apology and said to call if we needed anything else. But of course when I called he insisted on ignoring me. 15k in the hole now and the integrity of my house is shot because he lied to be 'helpful' during the selling process. Fun fact, he also spot treated the termites, which I hear from other reputable companies is unheard of since it does NOTHING! My wife to be and I are in our early/mid 20s and are to get married soon. Nothing like starting a homeownership with upcoming years of debt that could've been avoided if this company wasn't despicable. Will saying any of this help me sleep better at night? Probably not, but I hope that anyone reading this gets something out of it. When buying a home, get a wood destroying insect report, do research, get multiple opinions, and be wary of the companies you use. Fun little fact, when Joe came by and saw that termites were still in our home after we bought it from the sellers that already had the termites, he was bewildered how they were still there and how another client not too far away was having the same issue after his 'treatment'. I think I'm seeing the issue....

Horrible response time. I called a month ago and received no call. Someone who knows the owner personally texted the owner to let them know I needed help, he said he would get in touch and didn't. That was 30 days ago. I called back a couple days ago and still no call back. the review here that says they are horrible at returning phone calls is correct. Makes me wonder if they can't be bothered to respond to customers how their work ethic and duties would pan out.

Was quoted a different price than they charged on my card. I called them and they agreed to refund the difference. Never received the check in the mail. Oh, and they dropped a trap in my attic for squirrels...but never returned to retrieve the trap or whatever was caught in it so we had to dispose of it outselves.

well done, perseverance and professional. Caught a large wood-chuck that had been living under my garage. I had run it out before but he came back. These folks finally trapped him...blackberries were the trick. and he is now re-located.

They are indeed awesome. Reasonably priced, friendly, and very effective pest control. I have been using them for an annual treatment on my house for 4 years now.
