Corie is always professional and kind. I wouldn’t want any other technician! I’ve known him for many years and trust him to do a great job!

Not so sure about this company since the merger. I miss my former technician. He was conscientious and helpful. I met Zach today he seemed disconnected and uninformed about my past pest and current issues. Not sure if the customer service is up to the standard I had gotten used to. I showed him a wasp nest (which he removed) but left it right on the ground where he knocked it down. 🙄 I’m just … not thrilled Elizabeth Israel

We have been using Lookout Pest control since they started servicing the Birmingham area. We've been very happy with their service so far. They do more things each visit than our previous pest control. They cover more area with pesticides and we have had fewer issues with bugs getting inside our house. One thing that has always stood out to me about this company is that the employees are very personable and much more people focused than a lot of companies are these days. I appreciate that they always come to the door and talk to us first rather than just doing the work and leaving. I wanted to specifically mention Corie, who was our technician today. He did a thorough job and was very friendly. I went outside to ask him some questions when he was finishing up his work and he was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions.

Corie did a great job he took his time in the backyard to make sure he got all the spots that needed to be sprayed. Our previous company would rush through there. He did a very thorough job. He is on time, friendly and efficient and we saved a ton of money switching Lookout! I’m glad we made the switch and highly recommend. Thanks Melissa in Pelham , Al.

Lookout was prompt, BUT they showed up and work without an appointment, did not successfully notify me that they were putting me on the schedule, nor that a technician was on their way to my home, which I had made clear I wanted to know, and was told would be done. (Since a voicemail did appear on my phone that they had called). This was my first business with them, I am not pleased. I will continue for the moment as I need the termite bond. Jason Augsburger their inspector/salesman seemed professional, and like Lookout had their act together, but apparently that's not so much the case. Don't know if he's greasy, or if the company is just dis-jointed. Other than putting two of the cells in the gravel driveway where they are probably going to get busted up, I don't know that their workmanship was actually poor. Updated, Ron called and apologized for lack of professionalism, provide higher quality service (though maintain such behavior is industry standard). And offered to cancel service and give a refund, which is something, but still leaves me less than pleased, as talk is cheap, and getting other service is additional trouble and more of my time expended.

Great company. My tech Corie is always on time and on schedule. Always attentive and readily available if we need anything.

Ron Hurd and his team at Lookout pest control went above and beyond to take care of our pest control needs! Ron was very observant and professional when trying to find a solution to our bug issues! He was very transparent about the whole process and extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I recommend Lookout to anyone needing a pest control service! Their prices are set low and the quality is set high! Money well spent!
