9/9/2025 Hello again, I could not remember his name the other day, but he came back again to help us with flea control and his name is Scott and I wish we could have him every time we need a technician come in to our home. He is thorough. He is informative. He is reliable and he is friendly. You guys really have a good technician here so appreciate him thank you again Scott. I have lived in South Carolina Charleston area for almost 10 years now and over 10 years I think and I’ve had pest controls termite inspectors come regularly as needed. But this time the gentleman that showed up, whose name is Vic Wilder was beyond. He did an incredible job. He was very thorough. He explained everything and he should get an accommodation because nobody has as good job as he did today and I do appreciate him! Could we please have him come to our inspections as needed every time I want to review to go to Stephen who is in the West Ashley, South Carolina office please

Vic came to my house for my regularly scheduled termite inspection. They kept me well informed via text updates and even let me know about an issue in my crawlspace (unrelated to my pest service) that I was unaware of. Vic was by far the most friendly, proactive, and helpful person I've had come out! What a refreshing experience, especially in today's world. 5 stars!!

Justin is the very best technician I’ve ever had…he has been providing insect control and termite inspection to me and other family members for years. He provides exceptional service and is extremely thorough, and he always explains his findings and answers all questions. He certainly is an asset to his company.

Gianni was here on 9/22 to do my routine service. He did everything that was needed, and was through and.completed in good time. He is an excellent technician.

Justin did an excellent and thorough job. Very friendly upon introducing himself by making a pre visit call then arriving when he said. Explained process then went right to work checking stations around the house. He answered all my questions and explained what he was looking for as he did the interior inspection and educated me on what to look for inside through the year. And be sure to call if I see any suspicious activity inside or out. I would welcome him back in the future when time for next visit.

Daniel did a good job. He introduced himself and we discussed the work to be done. He completed the work but did not inform me when the job was completed. I think there should be some face to face communications after the job is complete to discuss the results. I did receive the inspection report later in the day.

Steve responded to my initial website contact quickly and came out to conduct his inspection the following morning. Steve was both friendly and professional. He returned the next business day to install the termite bait traps and explained in layman's terms the what, how, and why of his actions. His professionalism is very much appreciated.

Sonya is amazing!!! She is hands down one of the best professionals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kind, generous, personable and sincere. It was obvious from the first five minutes that we were going to get great care. I have had a few calls to our home for mice in the garage and she was so thorough and dedicated to assessing what we need. I look forward to having her every time Lookout Pest Control comes to visit! Justin was great. He replaced termite bait stations that could no longer be found and refilled a station which apparently had attracted a colony. He spent a lot of time checking under the house to make sure all was OK. Highly recommend.
