Austin and his team were awesome. Removed the insulation and put down the vapor barrier along with a dehumidifier in the crawl space in just 2 days! Super fast, polite, and professional. Lookout Pest Control upper management should take note, this is how you do business. Whatever Austin is getting paid, gove him more!

Clint is absolutely the best! He’s always friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond every time he visits our property. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, checks in to make sure we’re not having any new issues, and is super thorough with his work. Anthony was extremely helpful to work with! Gave me a call letting me know he was on his way and went to work on my flea infestation! Mark was awesome. I wasn't able to be home on the initial treatment and he text me to say he would come early at 7am the next day to treat inside. He showed up the next morning on time, was kind and communicative. He even loved on the doggies and was very sweet to them. Mark is a great asset to the team, and I'm thrilled to have him as my technician!

I read some of the reviews, and you know what they say: "You can please some of the people all of the time and all of the people some of the time but you cannot please all of the people all of the time." - Well, let me tell you how wonderful my experience with Lookout Pest Control has been. First and foremost it was very easy to get a treatment scheduled, get a quarterly contract in place and feel good about my decision. The tech, Joshua Kelton was prompt, a good listener, courteous and kind. We discussed the goals of the treatment, and he decided to change one of the chemicals (which meant he actually did care about my goals to rid my home of pesky fleas). He also happily agreed to remove this "stick" that was stuck in my AC return unit. He did exactly what he was asked to do, and he did so with a very pleasant and congenial disposition. Great guy!! He made me confident in my choice of pest control operators - Joshua is a gem, and he has made this old widow woman grateful for her decision to call Lookout Pest Control. A 100% positive experience overall.

Richard always provides great service when he provides pest control at my residence! He is detailed and always removes any cobwebs on my Covered deck around my water garden and I appreciate it so much! I’ve been with Lookout Pest for well over 22 years and they are a great company for Pest Control!
