I’m not sure why this company is getting 1 star reviews? Rhett knocked on my door, he was very polite. I know the neighborhood says no soliciting but I love when a company is brave enough to come and knock on my door. I have had Cooks, Orkin, and I just canceled Wayne’s. I wanted to do a review after the service was completed and give it two months. After two months I have to say this company has done everything they said they would do. Chad came out to do the first service and I am impressed. He went above and beyond, he even knocked down the spider webs that are 24ft high. No company has ever attempted to touch the webs after 5 years. My new favorite company is lookout pest control. I’m am so happy with Chad and I hope he is taken care of in the future. This guy needs a raise and promotion. Guys like these don’t stick around very long.

Recently signed up and been very happy starting with the man who signed us up! Chad was our tech who came out to our house and he was professional and respectful as well as understanding and kind while my 2 toddlers were also home. Grateful we found Lookout and Chad and would highly recommend!

Switched to Lookout from a big name pest control company earlier this year and have been very impressed! They’ve helped us with pest and rodent control and have gone above and beyond with both. I’m really glad we switched! Chad is absolutely one of the best service professionals we’ve ever used. Highly recommend.

If I could give them no stars, I would. They do not have their logistics worked out at all. Scheduled an initial appt on Friday from Noon-4pm. I received a text at 5 minutes until 4 indicating they weren't going to make it, so we rescheduled for the next Thursday from 8-noon. Never showed up, no call, no text, so I called at 12:30. No answer. Then an hour later, a text saying another 45 minutes. I am no longer going to put up with bad customer service. I cancelled and going with a more reliable company.

Brandon and Chad were awesome to work with. Budget friendly and locally owned. Looking forward to seeing you all next month! Highly recommend!!! Good people deserve good acknowledgement. This is one of those businesses!
