Absolutely amazing service! Marlon was the technician who came to my house, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was incredibly friendly, intelligent, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about the work he does. After today’s visit, I won’t go to any other pest control company—this was hands-down the best service I’ve ever had!

WOW! Last week, I called Magic City Pest Control for a quote after another local company came out and wanted to charge/pressured us to sign a contract for $5000 for rodents/mites. We don't have that type of money, so I called Magic City Pest Control and was extremely stressed just praying that someone honest would help us. Brooklyn answered the phone and was so kind and helpful. I told her upfront that I wasn't interested in having anyone sell me something, and that I just wanted to talk. Brooklyn was very receptive and understanding. She was able to get someone out to help me that afternoon free of charge due to all the stress we have endured. Brooklyn sent Josh Lawerence to our house. We also feared we had bedbugs (we didn't!), and Josh checked so thoroughly and reassured us he was going to take his time with us to inspect well. After a thorough inspection, we made a plan and felt immensely better, and Josh left. After about 15 minutes or so, we heard another knock at the door, and it was Josh. He told us he got to thinking and would be happy to go ahead and do the service now. I swear I almost cried tears of joy! He did everything he needed to do in a timely manner, left no mess, and was so respectful and kind. He has even called us to follow up. if you are debating on if you should reach out to Magic City Pest Control, DO IT! They are honest and will not scam you out of your money or pressure you into signing contracts. Thank you, Josh and Brooklyn! We are so thankful.

My technician was Chris and he's always so polite and extremely thorough! He takes his time and explains the process and we always review the plan of action moving forward before he leaves! Magic City Pest Control has been amazing compared to competitors; I highly recommend!

I had the inside of house treated for bugs by MCPC. They were able to fit me in last minute after a bug emergency! Marlon came right out to the house and got me all fixed up. He was able to answer all my questions and help me with my concerns. If you ever need any kind of pest control Magic City should be your first call!
