I had a five star review, and I deleted it and am changing it to 1 star. First of all, over the last year, I have had approximately 7 ant hills. Every single one has been treated by Magna, and every time I tell the technician that my entire property needs to be treated for ants, because the problem is clearly not going away by spot treating it. Every technician says don't worry, they aren't coming back, and never treats the entire property. So I finally got my eighth ant hill and this time I called in and asked for a manager. First of all, every time you call in and use the phone system, no matter what you do, you get routed to new customers. You can never get routed to existing customers. Then when you do, you get transfered overseas, which instantly provides a worse customer service experience. I asked for a branch manager last Thursday. They said they'd schedule an appointment and text me. No text received. Monday came, I called again, asked for a branch manager again, and was told I'd get a text. No text. On Tuesday I called again, had to wait again, and asked for a manager again. No text again. Thursday morning I call, asking again for a manager. I demanded I stayed on the phone because they keep not texting me. They wouldn't schedule a branch manager and said they'd call me back. No phone call. 4pm yesterday I called again and again had to fight the phone system to get someone who said "a branch manager confirmed they will see you next Monday after 4pm." Great. Finally I walked away. Today I get a call from Magna, saying my visit Monday is with a standard technician and there's still no branch manager coming or scheduled. Dear GOD. I'm leaving my technician appointment for next Monday and promptly cancelling and will not recommend this company. You literally can't get a manager here and pay just as much if not more than other companies. This company used to be excellent, and I literally had a five star review for it. I don't know what's changed. If a manager wants to contact me, I will contemplate whether or not to keep this review up.

Reggie came out to my apartment today for pest control, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained what he was doing, and made sure to treat all the problem areas carefully. He was understanding that my baby was sleeping and worked quietly. I really appreciated his friendly attitude and the fact that he went above and beyond to make sure everything was covered. thank you, Reggie!

Reggie Chapman came and serviced my property after I noticed several wasp nest. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing for wasp and ants. He found several more nest that I was not aware of and took care of the ants. Thank you so much.

Reggie from Magna Pest Solutions came to my home for mosquito pest control. We have a huge mosquito problem. Reggie was very courteous and professional, and a problem solver. I was completely satisfied with his service. I have used Magna for a few years and they have always offered excellent service. However, Reggie is at the top of his class and he greatly exceeded my expectations.

I met Reggie Chapman about a year ago when he was my service technician at a prior pest control company that he was working at. I recently became a new homeowner and moved to Plano after living in a high rise apartment in the city for the last 10 years...bugs were and always have been enemy number #1. I hadn't really dealt with pests for my entire adult life, besides the homeless and drunk people if you count those, then there weren't any bugs in the city and certainly not on the 15th floor of a high rise building. By default, Reggie played an important role in creating a "safe" space for me while I acclimate to the suburbia lifestyle, but it was his thoughtfulness, the level of care, and how personable that set him apart. After his 2nd visit, I immediately submit a request (at his prior company) to ensure that it was always Reggie that serviced my house. He is always respectful/professional, very considerate (i.e., notifies me when he's on the way, putting shoe covers on, and letting me know what he spotted and that he went ahead and treated problem areas), he is great with animals, always has a friendly attitude, he's extremely thorough and spotted several wasp nests that I never noticed. It was the genuine look of concern on his face and the immediate glance over at my dog that told me this guy actually cares and enjoys helping people. When Reggie reluctantly told me that he was leaving the company to come work at Magna Pest Solutions, it was a no brainer to switch pest control companies because Reggie goes above and beyond making his level of customer service that he provides unmatched. 10/10 recommend!
