I've used Mandau's for over a year and am extremely satisfied. I had purchased a vacant handyman special. The first time they came was for yellow jacket swarms and a mouse infestation. I was so impressed with their fast response, I signed up for their quarterly maintenance program. I've never regretted it.

Another company misapplied their solution to preventing stinkbug intrusion to our home after our roof was replaced. They were the original installers of a barrier system, but failed to provide the same solution. Brett studied the problem, and applied a custom solution to our home. We had less than 1/2 dozen stinkbugs in our log home, with large windows, and cathedral ceilings. Thanks Brett for taking the time to understand and correct our issue! See you this fall! We had a small mice problem that we discovered. Originally, we called a national brand and quickly realized our home became a sales floor for them and they tried to upsell us on some major work to our attic. After entering a contract, we reached out to Bret for a second opinion. Bret presented us with some other options while being straight with us about the state of our home. He ended up doing some exclusion work to seal entrance points for rodents. Bret completed the work himself as well, which was nice to have that personal touch rather than a salesman quoting us for someone else to get their hands dirty and do the work! This is a great local company and you should definitely go with them to address your concerns.

Response time after leaving a message online was outstanding. Bret called back the same day which I didn't expect. They worked with my schedule to come out for an inspection. Service Technician Matt was great with text communications when setting up and arriving for appointments. He was very knowledgeable and offered solutions that would fit my needs. He was very easy to talk to and listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one. I'm so glad I no longer have to deal with the preventative services myself - it takes a lot off of my plate that is currently overloaded as it is. He went over and above what I expected with my first scheduled service. Very thorough. It's obvious they are passionate about the job they do and care about the company. You don't see that much these days. Great job all around! Top notch company in my opinion. Highly recommended!
