He took the time to explain everything he was doing, uncovered all of my termite stations, and made sure the ones that needed it were properly refilled. A new technician, Jesse, came to our home yesterday. He immediately started working and it was obvious to my husband that he was doing a very thorough job. Generally my husband is not out and about when the technician comes. Jesse explained what he did for our mole prevention and how what he had done would start working once it rained.
