DO NOT go with the Fayetteville office. Nobody knows what's going on over there. I have given this office many chances over the last year and a half to make things right and they continue to disappoint. It started day one when they were coming to install my bait stations for the termites and nobody called me and told me when they were supposed to come out, so I was not home when they installed the bait stations and they busted my water line to my house. Fast forward to a year later when they were supposed to come check/service my bait stations and nobody called me or told me that I got rescheduled. This happened five times in 5 months with no Communication. The office manager, I can't remember her name, told me the reschedulings or because of rain. I guess these people are afraid to work in the rain. After the 5th time of being rescheduled and me having to be the one to initiate communication, I got in touch with the regional manager Clifton. He contacted the service manager Jermaine who contacted me the next day and scheduled an appointment where I would be home and where the service manager could personally come out and service my bait stations. The morning showed up with nobody showing up to my house at the schedule time, no calls or texts or anything and this was supposed to be from the service manager. I reached out to the service manager after my scheduled time and he told me that they had a last-minute meeting in Sandy Springs and that he was sending out another service person to do my bait stations. This person showed up to my house 15 minutes late and was unprepared for the job and was only able to service a small portion of my bait stations. I again contacted the regional manager Clifton and told him what was going on and the service manager is supposed to come out to my house this evening. The only person that seems to know what's going on or that can make changes is the regional manager. Clifton has been exceptional with me, but everybody else has been awful. I have never been lied to, forgotten about, and blatantly ignored by a company. For the amount of money that I paid for this service, it is extremely ridiculous. We are supposed to trust these people to keep our houses safe but I can't even trust them to show up or call me and tell me that they're not going to show up. And if it's raining, good luck. Learn from my mistakes and go somewhere else like the employee that came to my house today and told me he's quitting and going to orkin.
