The team is great, they sent someone out the next day after my call. Laura was amazing, she worked very quickly and answered every question I had; she even offered then helped me get a heavy package into my house off the porch! Just 10/10 all around, highly recommend their services.

Oxford Houses have been using Massey for years prior to myself Erica Brooks residing here. We have had a rodent issue since I moved here 8 months ago.Traps were laid rats were terminated but the problem continued. Today, Walter Maloy (Inspctor) came to our residence and finally identified the problem...their entry ways!! Not one of the other Inspectors did. We walked the property together and Walter showed me exactly where our issues are! He took the pics and is sending them to our landlord. The ladies at Oxford House Canyon Vally are gratefully blessed, Walter Maloy was our Inspctor today. He is a true asset to Massey Services! Thank you, Walter
