Whitney did a great job today with our termite inspection. He was very through, checking inside and outside. He was also so friendly, which does not always the case with some of your employees.

Jarvis came out to do my quarterly pest control. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough in his work. It gave me a peace of mind that the job will be performed correctly even if I'm not home.

Kayla was amazing at her job. Very kind, professional, and thorough with the walk through. Spoke very highly of the company as well. She was able to answer any questions that I asked. I would recommend this company solely based off of customer service.

Massey Termites & Service was very successful in our inspection for the termites bait Mr. Whitney Mathis the Inspector was very Professional and respectful to our home and property and answered every question that we was concerned about., Mr.Keondre the young man that place the baited around our home( property).was fast quick and explained everything he was going to do where he was going to place them and he wouldn’t be long it took about 15-30 mins tops. I would recommend them to my neighbors, family & friends 100% Satisfied customer, on a scale from 1-10 …10👍🏾

I have been a happy customer of Massey Services (formerly Insight Pest Control) for many years here in Hampton Roads, VA. Recently, I referred three people to the Columbia, SC location. While the technicians—especially Mr. Whitney Mathis—have been professional and provided outstanding termite services, I unfortunately had a very negative experience with the receptionist, Pam. I overheard her speaking with my elderly mother and was absolutely appalled. Her tone was not only unprofessional but also rude and degrading. This level of customer service is far below what I’ve come to expect from Massey, and I was embarrassed that my referrals were subjected to such treatment. As a result, we will no longer be recommending the Columbia location to anyone, which is disappointing given the exceptional work of the technicians and managers there. However, if Pam continues to be the first point of contact, I strongly urge that she receive immediate customer service and etiquette training. Her behavior was unacceptable and does not reflect the quality of service I’ve known Massey to provide.
