Massey bought out my prior pest control company. Massey put on a good show at first, but their customer service declined. They started scheduling follow-up appointments on days I wasn't home and called to notify the day of the appt. The inside of my house stopped being treated and the one day I happened to be home for an appt I wasn't aware of, I had to call the technician to come back and treat the inside of my house. The inside of my garage and the front porch were infested with spider eggs that I have to end up treating myself due to lack of service that I paid on a quarterly basis. There were no updates on the $800 termite service I paid for either, I had several bate traps that ended up broken or missing due to not being set in the ground far enough. Needless to say, I didn't see a point in continuing my service. Massey was so desperate for their $89.00 (due to decline in business I presume) they had their General Manager, James Underwood call me/text me several times to collect when my card on file expired. When I informed him that I was too busy to keep calling in to complain about the service much less give them my updated card information so I could be further billed for their poor service, nothing was done to retain me as a customer except that I should have called to request for the inside of my house to be done. After explaining that I no longer want to do business to the General Manager, James Underwood I get rewarded with yet another bill for $89.00 and a letter threatening to send me off to collections, meanwhile I'm left to treat my own home to rid of the excessive amount of spiders that were left untreated by Massey "Services" INC. Upon further investigation, there have been other reports of people receiving the same poor service I have as well. The lack of customer service mirrors my own experience.
