Don't use these guys for your lawn! I have lived at my home for 10+ years and never had any issues with the lawn pests or diseases. I switched to Massey last year and this summer lost my yard to Chinch bugs. Massey took well over a month to correctly diagnose the issue and by then the damage was done. They did put in plugs to help with remediation, but those take months to fill in under the best circumstances - I live in an HOA and we are entering dormant season - the HOA is not allowing me that much time to fix the yard and Massey has been well aware of this. So, my yard yard looks terrible, I've now hired a different company and I now have to spend a big chunk of change to re-sod. Oh, and my new pest control company has confirmed the chinch bugs are still alive and well! I am willing to update my review if Massey takes accountability and provides a refund for my last year of service (since they even acknowledged they are responsible for the chinch bug damage and re-sodding will cost me well beyond that to re-sod my yard), or comes out to re-sod my yard! I am collecting quotes now, Massey has plenty of time to respond.

We have the best looking total green grass yard in the 500 home neighborhood, with rich fully green shrubs, full back yard coverage visible from neighbor's homes, bamboo maintained back yard total blocked from other homes, which we wanted & water service installed by the best yard service boss Douglass, since he has joined Massey & has taken over our yard green management, it looks a lot like we have a fulltime caretaker. We contacted Massey to schedule an appointment for Pest Control and Lawn Services for our home. They immediately gave us several scheduling alternatives and Efrain came home to conduct an assessment. He explained in detail all services and provided recommendations according to our needs and preferences. He was professional, friendly and truth worthy. We are very happy with their prompt response and look forward to our joined partnership with them. 😁

Would not recommend this company to anyone! I paid $125 monthly for their services and continued to have the same silver fish problem for months. I eventually got tired of it and explained to them, I felt as if I was wasting my money. It took the manger coming to my home to fix the problem. Even with the manager coming out I still wasn’t satisfied because as a paying customer it should have been done correctly from the start! I told them I wanted to cancel the services and the receptionist response was “Okay, I’ll put you want to cancel the services for no reason” even after being told the reason I wanted to cancel the services.

Doug is the man when it comes to irrigation. Extremely easy going and works hard. Doug takes the time to explains everything he's doing and why. Shows up one time and goes the entire time taking great pride in his work. I'm usually not easy to please I will admit and do not usually do reviews, however Doug and the Massey team has been a great experience and a pleasure to do business with. Truly earning my future business!!

Doug Mitchell with their irrigation services is the only one we trust helping us with our lawn system. Doug is thorough, reliable and honest. His assessment and quick remedy to any irrigation issues we've had in the past year has given us great peace. A full overhaul of our current system, complete with new heads and better placement of them has given us a healthier lawn. The ONLY gripe I would have is that there is ONLY ONE of him!
