I’m extremely disappointed with the recent pest control service I received from Massey. I scheduled a treatment for my home and backyard on July 31, and less than 24 hours later, I was stung by a wasp in my backyard—the very area that was supposed to be treated. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality and effectiveness of their service. The presence of active wasps so soon after the treatment is clear evidence that the job was either poorly executed or not done thoroughly. When I reached out to request a refund or service waiver due to the ineffective treatment and resulting injury, I expected a prompt and professional resolution. A company that claims to protect homes and families should take accountability when their service fails to do just that. I trusted Massey to make my property safer, and instead I was physically harmed due to their negligence. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

We have used the Massey pest control services for several years now and are very happy with their teams, services, and effectiveness of treatments. They have come in between quarterly treatments if needed, which has been rare. Lynsi has been very good to work with, and went above and beyond to come on a Friday Holiday weekend on a last minute call to do that extra application we needed, - when the office had just closed! Linsey has been fantastic! Thorough inside and out! She is very experienced and great communicator. We are in a heavily wooded area with all kinds bugs and critters. She always knows what to do and how to be effective for each issue we encounter in this area new to us. Doesn’t waste our time or money.

This past spring, my wife and I decided to look into having a company come out once a month and take care of our lawn. Not mowing, but fertilizing, killing weeds, and generally “greening up” our yard. After looking at other companies like True Green, we decided to go with a company that has a home town feel, answers the phone when you call during working hours without having to press 1,3,6,8,and 7 while trying 0 just to get a live person. Massey not only answers when you call, it is your local office. We hired Massey in March with a “ho hum” lawn with many weeds and not the best looking St. Augustine grass. Our tech is Colton and meeting him, you can tell he has a passion for what he does. He explained his program was special to our needs, took soil samples and created a program based on our needs. In four short months, our yard has graduated from “ho hum” to a perfect green, weedless lawn! He also does an aeration of your entire lawn at no extra charge. This month he took care of my trees and shrubs which is also part of Massey’s lawn program. We are extremely happy with the results we have achieved, and love to come home to the best looking lawn on the street every day. Thank you Massey, and thank you Colton!

This guy was in a rush, jumping in and out of traffic right by the elementary school. He was upset I wouldn't speed up to get out of his way. It was very unprofessional, considering he was in a company truck. He ended up cutting me off. Could've caused a wreck.
