Please, please, please, do not use Massey Services! The technicians are not qualified to spray your bushes and mine got severely burned by the chemical. Deedra, the local service rep said it was not their fault. Chris, my previous technician signed another person‘s name on my service report instead of him, which means they’re lying about who is doing your service. I did get my $400 back which took about a month. Deedra said she was going to expedite it which did not happen. Also, we have several friends that use Massey and said they are not happy with them either.

I spoke with Jose in the Landscape Dept. about some concerns I’ve had regarding plants being chewed up by lubbers. He was very good at explaining the manner of treatment that works best, improving my understanding of the situation. I appreciated his professionalism.

Massey's technician sprayed something on my bushes that has killed all of them (and the same with my neighbor on the corner, he uses Massey and all his shrubs died as well). Thousands of dollars of brand new landscaping that was just installed last fall is now all dead or dying; native Floridian flora that WERE thriving in the sun now look like tumbleweeds and have to be removed at my own expense. The technician came back about a week after spraying and randomly trimmed the edges of some of the shrubs (didn't talk to anyone, we just caught him with the hedge trimmer on our doorbell camera), and he trimmed off all ends that were black and dead, but the damage is done and all the shrubs are still continuing to die. I have called the office multiple times and been promised that the manager will call me back so that we can "work something out" and "make it right." But I've been waiting over a month now and still they refuse to talk to me no matter how many times I call. The manager is always conveniently "out in the field" and I am assured that "he hasn't forgotten" about me. He clearly is not interested in speaking with me. I SHOULD be compensated for the cost of the landscaping that was destroyed, but the very least they could do is refund me for the two months I have paid since this happened, waiting on Massey to "make it right." Good luck getting these guys on the phone ever. I'll be switching to Heron.

We want to thank Massey Services for easing our mind about our issues. Had it not been for our Termite exterminator, Gustavo Munoz and our Pest exterminator, Isidro Jacome, with their great customer service and knowledge, they explained everything to my wife to calm her worries and concerns. They saved the contract between us and the company as we had a small hiccup at the beginning. They both were very helpful !! Termites our very quick drywall eaters, we didn’t have a pest service, but we do now. Thanks to the Lake Mary Massey Services crew.
