I spoke with a wonderful lady named Melanie yesterday about prices. She was very nice and informative and a fellow animal lover ❤️ ♥️. I went ahead and scheduled my first ever appointment with an exterminator and Mr. James came by today to spray inside of my house and outside. He was very nice and did a great job. I'm very happy with my decision. Thanks everyone.

Just had termite treatment done to our home and was very impressed with the level of customer service and knowledge we received! They were patient with our questions at both inspection and treatment appointments, and very educational. After talking to our second tech, it also sounds like this company takes great care of their employees, so double win. ME came recommended by several unrelated social groups, and I can see why. Master Exterminators is a great business. About one year ago, after many, many unpleasant mishaps with Terminix, I switched to Master Exterminators. I have no regrets. Their service is always professional, friendly, and timely. Best of all, they are consistently available to answer questions and concerns. Excellent company!

Great service and customer support. We have been using Masters for over 5 & 1/2 years & they do a great job. James is the one that always comes out to do ours & he is one of the nicest persons I have ever met. He always has a smile & friendly as he can be.
