I recently had Jacob from Masters Pest Control in Port Jervis, NY come out for a pest control issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was honest, informative, and thorough from start to finish. Jacob took the time to go over everything in detail so I could fully understand what was going on. I had a beehive in my attic that was starting to trickle down into one of my bedrooms, and Jacob explained the situation clearly and laid out the best course of action. He was professional, genuine, and very nice throughout the entire process. Masters Pest Control also has a user-friendly online portal where customers can track appointments, see visit history, and review cost summaries. It’s a very convenient tool that makes managing pest control services much easier. It’s hard to find an affordable and honest pest control company these days, but Masters Pest Control truly delivers. Contracted for quarterly rodent checks and pest prevention. Jacob searched the garage and attic for signs of mice (none), replaced old traps and then sprayed entire home exterior to deter insects from attempting to nest in the siding. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing as he worked. Would definitely recommend Master's.
