Outstanding company, incredible team. A couple of weeks ago Technician James served our household and went above and beyond with their service. He explained all he was doing and walked me through each step (I'm a bit of a nerd and he was delighted to share info with me). Last year, Brian helped; same outcome. Outstanding. This is the best pest service company around. They are the only ones I will recommend, not because the other companies aren't good, but because McCarthy is that much better.

McCarthy was able to send out an inspector the next day after I called. I was worried about a couple of termites I had found in my yard and basement windowsills as the house I purchased a few months ago had previous remediated termite damage. As it turns out, those bugs I found were ants, not termites. Jeff Richardson was great about showing me where prior treatments had been made to the house, describing their effectiveness and how much longer they might last (based off his best guesstimates obviously), and giving me a bid for what the McCarthy treatment would cost once I felt I needed to replace the current treatment system. No pressure sales. Just information, peace of mind, and a firm handshake. I cannot recommend McCarthy enough to anyone who is worried about insects possibly damaging their property, especially if you get Jeff. Oh yea, and the inspection? Free.

We've been happy with McCarthy's termite service for years. This year we added Pest treatments. Another great decision. James arrived today for our initial service. He was incredibly through in treating all areas. He swept out spider webs before treating. He was professional and polite. He's an asset to McCarthy. And props to McCarthy's Live Chat on the website. I needed assistance with the Customer Portal. I chatted with a real live person! That person quickly put me in touch with Jenny via phone and Jenny was able to quickly assist. All touch points with McCarthy have been spot on. Keep up the great work. Highly recommend.

Brian was awesome! He provided excellent customer service and did an amazing job taking care of my pest needs. He was efficient, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Bob was just great. We thought we had carpenter ants, but he assured us we did not. I then asked him about treating for brown recluses. We'll be having them back to take care of those! He was a world of knowledge.

Lance did an outstanding job at our home. Arrives on time. Communicated planned services very well. Respected home with foot coverings without being asked. While we are new customers based on today we will be long time ones.
