We have a service contract with McCauley and needed an inspection to find out if some type of creature was in the attic. Josh was awesome, very personable, professional, knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection outside and inside. Nothing there and the whole house is sealed up tight.YAY! Josh helped me understand the behavior of the various creatures in the neighborhood. Thanks to his great service, I can sleep peacefully. Josh said he loves his job because he enjoys helping people. He explained how the garage doors will be modified and advised the service will be done the following week.
