I had an excellent service experience with McDuffie Pest Control. Our technician, Alex, was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain the process, answer all of my questions, and made sure every area of concern was treated properly. I appreciated their punctuality and attention to detail—it gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing the job was done right. The results have been noticeable, and I feel confident my home is well-protected. Highly recommend their services!

Robert was so kind and so friendly and took the time to explain to us what he would be doing and if we needed him back within two weeks to give them a call and he also explained what we would see over the next several days and not to be alarmed of the movement since he did exterminate and he baited. My husband and I were able to have a conversation with him he didn’t seem like he was rushing through our job and our service he made us feel really good. I would recommend him to anyone as a matter of fact, I would prefer to use him in the Future Just because of his professionalism.

McDuffie Pest Control is the best. From the owner, Walter McDuffie to the ladies in the office to Angela our technician, everyone is top notch. They are friendly, knowledgeable, polite and just a joy to be around! Angela wins everyone over with her pleasant demeanor and diligent work ethic from the time she arrives until she departs any one of the eleven (11) buildings she services. Even the dogs look forward to seeing her, expecting and receiving a treat at every visit. Overall, A++!

Angela is very professional & listens to our needs. She’s very kind. We just love Angela. Today she was going to he running a bit late, she text us to make sure it was ok. Everything worked out she was only a few minutes. Which was no problem. Thank you Sandra & Greg Priest
