Paid a lot money to tent my recently purchased house. The rats never went away. I called them back after tenants complained about rats. He came back, to poison the rats, and he put ugly wood on some.holes on the exterior of the house trapping rats within the walls. The rats did die, but then they got stuck inside the walls, attic, all over the place. They started rotting and turning to flies. Then he wanted to charge us more to remove the dead rats. We fired him.

They got rid of all the bugs at my job over a year ago. They do the preventative spraying every month and always call days in advance and also 20 min before coming on site to spray , which I appreciate very very much. Always on time . And very helpful and informative With helpful tips and information on how to staying bug free. I’m glad we found these guys !

Joe was great to work with. Did an excellent job at my office. Joe explained the work needed thoroughly and answered any questions i had. Will be using them again if I ever need an exterminator again!

09/19/18 I used this company before and they were good! But had a service today and I believe they did a poor job!!! The guy was inside for less than five minutes when he came out I asked him if he was done? To my surprise he said yes!!! The house it’s over 2800 square feet, they were supposed to spray the carpets and all the baseboards 4 large bedrooms 3 bathrooms, laundry bathroom ,formal living room ,dining room ,family room with wet bar, kitchen... the outside was supposed to be spray around the house and 30’ out!!! He spray around the house no yard!!! I called the office the lady was very defensive saying they did the job!!! But I couldn’t get to her when I told her the guy didn’t do the job I was told they were going to do!!! Mike McIver it’s supposed to call me!!! Bottom line they didn’t to the job I was told they were going to do!!! I will not recommend this company!!! My next step BBB !!!

Everytime I am in need for pest/spider control I have always had McIvers come out. They are so professional, but also personal. Joe always let's me know what the main concerns are, what to look for & even makes sure I know what spiders to look for to make sure my lil ones don't get bit by a poinsous spider. Everytime they come out & spray, the bugs/spiders are gone. Their prices are fair & I have never in over 4 years had anything but good things to say about this company. Support the family owned business, they are SO worth it.
