We had an excellent experience with Meerkat. We had a Yellowjacket nest that needed to be treated immediately last month. The inspector was very helpful and knowledgeable. Francisco came for the follow up appointment he retreated the area and checked out attic to make sure no Yellowjacket’s were up there or other pests. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We would use them again in the future.

Quick Google search. Found this company. Called. Spoke with Kiara. She was very polite. No pressure. Explained everything. Found the price reasonable. Got another call a few days later to confirm the appointment. Michael came. He was very professional, assured us the job was going to get done, and removed a huge Hornets Nest in a matter of minutes. Meerkat pest control is amazing! Everyone has been so helpful and explained everything to us. Tanner knows all there is to know about how mice and bats and everything else gets in to the house and he and Jesse did incredible work closing up all of the holes, installing roof and siding guards and making sure nothing could get in again. Jesse also worked inside our house and attic making sure everything was OK and explained everything to us. Great service! They do a comprehensive review of the house and plug all entry points - they also got a live squirrel out of the basement! They bat proof, squirrel proof and mice proof the house. Showed me all of the problem areas. The house is 34 years old so it was time to do this. So grateful. Thomas and Jose were both great!

In the past I have used a competitor for my business and wasn’t happy with the customer service, communication and turn around, so when I found out the attic of our home was filled with bats I called Meerkat. They responded immediately, took my information, educated me on the specifics of my issue and sent someone out to inspect and quote me. The inspector was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly and very informative. I contracted with them right away and within the week Matthew came out to start the first phase of my service. Matthew was friendly and polite. Explained what he would be doing. Since I can not get up on a ladder and go 20+feet up to my roof to inspect his work, I trust he did everything satisfactory. There is a waiting period before my project can be completed due to the nature of my situation, so I do not yet know the end results, but so far I am very pleased with their customer service and professionalism.

Matthew was very professional and very creative in his ability to execute and explain what was going to happen and what needed to be done. Afterwards when he finished up the job he explained to me as well as showing me what he had done. A1 job well done. He’s not afraid of heights either. From our initial consult with Steve, who was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything as we walked through our home and property, to the services and prompt communication from our technician Brandon, it has been smooth and professional and quite a relief for a situation that had us overwhelmed. Scheduling and communication with the front office team was always super pleasant and helpful. All the emails and calls were on time and courteous, so thank you Nicole and Madison! Also very excited about the seal up work that was done in our crawlspace by Adam and Lucas. They’re coming back to finish the rest of the space and we’re really looking forward to all of these efforts helping keep the critters at bay.

Was satisfied with the results in getting rid of the pantry months which fox had a problem with. Also the work that was done outside for the woodchucks, they were very considerate with shoveling dirt onto tarps as not to make a mess o round the house, so far I haven’t seen any more woodchucks holes around the house foundation and the sheds.and no more pantry moths have been seen as of today? Thank you Josh for doing a great job. We had your company back in 2019 and the other company came in and offer us a cheaper price so we went with them, so sorry now that we did that. We like Josh and if possible would like to have him on our treatment when it’s time. Thank you so much.

Both Mark & the other great technician were wonderful. He explained everything and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond as the weather outside turned to a winter storm. Both Tim and Jamie were very professional. Tim explained the process and then Jamie came out to do the initial work. He did a great job sealing up the exterior of my home. He then went down to my parents looked around the property and set several traps. those traps will be check in a couple days and sealing will begin there. I would recommend Meerkat.
