Josh has been doing the three times per year inspection and pest control at our home in recent months. He’s very personable, explains what he’s going to do. He checks in before leaving to report what he has done and to note concerns and observations about any changes or suggestions. Josh is attentive to detail, organized, and thorough. He’s always ready to answer questions or explain any aspect of his routine. I recommend him highly.

Amazing job by Michael locating and removing a large beehive from my basement, patching the entry point and other pest control measures around the house. Thorough work and good communication. Made me glad I took a package right away with Meskat and they assigned someone I could trust on the first visit.

Justin was so friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. (I have a new rescue dog and Justin waited patiently as I got the dog safely situated.) Justin quickly found the source of the bee problem, and took care of it in a very professional manner. He also explained to me, step by step, the process he was using to take care of the problem. He was very good at his job... I'm very pleased.

I am an elderly woman, suffering at the moment with acute bronchitis. Rich came to perform an initial inspection, and while this was an appointment that I’d agreed to, I slept through his attempts to let me know of his presence. Later, he arrived again, with a gentle, courteous warmth that put me entirely at ease. He explained all that he was doing, and would do, treating the issue of my potentially contagious illness diplomatically. With a sweet grin, he mention his baby girl. It’s unusual enough for any young man to behave as attentively toward an old lady as Rich did, but his kindness went far beyond professionalism or standard customer courtesy. Rich is quite simply an authentically good man, and, most rare of all currently, a true gentleman. Add to that obvious competence and well honed skills in communicating details about the vitally necessary work of extermination, and what do we have? An impossible ideal? Yet he is quite possible, and he works for Meerkat.
