Caleb was very knowledgeable of his job. Very personable and he showed me everything that he did. He will do a follow-up in two weeks. And also the work is guaranteed for 3 months. I hope to never see him again but if I have any pest problems in the far future he will be the first person I will call. We just moved into our place which had been vacant for a while so the Disney characters was running around like crazy.

AJ came out to our house on short notice (next day). He assessed and treated our mice problem thoroughly in the same day. He was very thoughtful about explaining the eco, pet, and child safe method of pest removal. He took time to show me everything he did, including removing mice nests from behind our appliances. He was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me, seeing I was overwhelmed with the infestation and sanitation process. I have a young child and we had deer mice which carry hantavirus. I’ve been exhausted trying to catch mice and clean up after them daily for weeks one end. He did more than necessary to clean up so didn’t have to see and handle the dead mice. I cannot recommend a better technician or person than AJ. We are so grateful!
