The technician was very friendly and I feel he was knowledgable but the process of how they’re getting rid of the flying squirrels in my attic seems to be taken a long time. I paid $2000 for this service and my toilet in the basement is the one that caught the flying squirrels none of the traps the technician set up It’s not his fault but I feel paying that much money. Maybe better trapping method should be used. it’s been about three weeks now and they’re still in my attic.

I've never used this company so I can't speak for their work, but I find it strange that while reading through reviews I noticed that someone left a review complimenting a technician and it was just updated with a new name. You can tell because the company replied using the original name they used. Why are the same people recycling reviews and just adding in different tech names?

Did the estimate the next day. Got everything completed in one visit. Showed me all the work that they did. Excellent service! I used them in 2012 in my old home and the price has not gone up much, very reasonable.

Everyone at this company is AMAZING! I've been at my aunt and uncles as our home is being renovated and we noticed bats in early September. My aunt and uncle speak limited English and are a little bit older, so I was handling everything for them. Adrian, Rylie, and Audrey on the scheduling team are so kind. They answer all your questions, explain everything thoroughly to you, and are so patient and sweet through the entire process. Bennett came out to handle our estimate. He was so good with my aunt, patiently answering all her questions and never making her feel like she was an inconvenience. She originally wanted to go with another company and I held off on scheduling with them until we met with Michigan Wildlife for a second opinion. Before Bennett left the driveway she was on the phone with me telling me she felt more comfortable with him and his company. Earl was the final piece of our puzzle. He came out to handle the extraction of the bats. He was patient and thorough. Took the time to call me and go over everything. This company was fair with its pricing and upfront about all the charges. I hope I'm never in need for pest control again, but, if I ever am Michigan Wildlife Solutions will be the company I use moving forward. Adrian, Rylie, Audrey, Bennet, and Earl - I hope your boss knows what amazing people he/she has on their team!

The communication throughout the process was outstanding. Everyone we encountered from the original inspection and estimate to the technicians who performed the necessary tasks to rid our home of bats were professional, knowledgeable and thorough.

Ok part 2 maybe I was a little impatient the traps have caught 2 big flying squirrels so far tech came on time checked all the traps reset them. For the amount of money you pay 2000 I thought they would use a method to catch them all at once like a one way cage. So far 5 flying squirrels have been removed
