Michigan's Bat Expert was great at doing a bat exclusion at my home. They installed bat doors, sealed up entry points and installed ridge guards. I called them because I was having a poor experience with another company (A&D Animal Control) that was bad with communication and kept delaying me for weeks. MBE was able to get someone out the same day and also had the work completed within a week. At a significantly better price! Michael did the initial inspection, while Lane and Frank did the exclusion work. All of them were extremely friendly and clear in explaining what they were doing. The front desk was also great, and billing was easy. No pressure on sales either. Definitely recommended if you're having any bat issues.

James is the absolute best! He is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, professional, respectful, and personable. He treated my home with personalized service as if it were his own. After finding a bat in my house, catching it, then letting it go outside, I logically decided to make sure it wouldn't happen again. I had gotten one estimate before I called Michigan's Bat Expert, but I wanted to get a second opinion. Weston was sent out to inspect my house. He did a more thorough inspection than the first company--getting up into my attic and on my roof, whereas the first guy who came out only LOOKED in my attic and didn't even get up on the roof, just looked from ground level. Weston showed me a picture of the bat dropping, found something that the previous inspector didn't, and answered all my questions with patience and concern. He explained the whole procedure and showed me what would be done in a manner that I could totally understand. His demeanor was that of someone who actually cared and was genuine. I felt relaxed (I had quite a bit of anxiety over this), newly educated about something that I didn't know a thing about, and confident in his company to provide the results I was looking for. Justin came out to do the procedure, and, again, I felt comfortable with my decision to go with this company. He had pride in his work and explained what he was doing and also went over everything again with me, respectfully answering any questions I had. Both he and Weston were very down-to-earth personable people. I am so happy and satisfied that I used Michigan's Bat Expert. I went with my gut feeling and I am so glad I did! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any extermination work done. (P.s.- the young ladies I spoke to on the phone were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating, too.)

This company is truly the best! I tried 2 other companies 1st(national co.) what a mistake! They were giving me prices before they inspected, one quoted me a price before they even got to my house! This company did everythung they said they would. Brought a ladder, my tech had 4! Used the ladder, my tech used 2. Inspect and take pictures, my tech took a dozen. Explanation and estimate, my tech advised me on every picture, what it meant, what my options were..item by item! Then came the hard part...the price. I did not gasp. I did not sit down. I was excited! Their price beat out all other prices!!! I couldn't believe it! A company that does what they say they're going to do, then does it, and they didn't wreck my budget! Jesse was my tech! Love this company!

Weston was a nice cordial guy. Was amazed he came to check the traps daily for my squirrel issue. Sealed the area properly. The quote for the job was fair and well worth not having to deal with squirrels in the attic. A great company to work with. Happy Customer

I am very happy with the service I received from Michigan Bat Experts! Their team came to my house twice. Once for bat removal and a few months later for clean up. Both times they were on time, friendly and professional. But most importantly, they did a great job! It was important to me that the bats would not be harmed in any way and they were NOT. The one-way doors the Bat Experts installed, let the little guys out, but not back in. It truly was the perfect solution! My attic is spotless and the bats have moved on. I highly recommend this company!

Lane and Frank came out the same day I called to inspect our home. They showed up on time, were professional, pleasant to work with and knowledgeable, and gave me a reasonable quote beating another local company by $1000. Happy I called them. Update: Lane and Frank returned for the bat exclusion, ridge guard and guano removal. If given the choice, I can’t see anyone using another company. From their level of service in the office to their on site team, 10/10. No sales/scare tactics, they are timely, experienced, took the time to walk through the process and took my concerns of autoimmunity into consideration. These guys/this team are seriously the best. We highly recommend Michigan Bat Experts. The initial visit in April 2025 was to confirm if we had bats in our attic. Two men went into our attics and found minimal bat feces & determined they were still in the attic. We received another estimate. That company sent one person who climbed the ladder to one of our 3 attic entrance, peeked in and gave us an estimate. We were not impressed. We then proceeded to hire Michigan Bat Experts. They returned to close all but two of the holes where the bats were entering. Two were plugged with an exit but no re-entry. We were then advised they would return in fall to confirm all the bats had exited. Now that the bats were completely gone they returned for our second visit. They closed the final two holes and they vacuumed the attics & thoroughly cleaned all 3 attic spaces. The quote we received on the first visit covered everything we mentioned. We paid in two separate payments, once when each service was completed. At the second visit we found out that our insulation was not up to code. (it was one of the model homes and & it was built quickly in 1999, with minimal everything) there was barely any insulation in the attics. We stated we would need to find a company that installs insulation. Come to find out Michigan Bat Experts can do that as well. We had that completed just recently. The technicians that came to our home were respectful, helpful, caring and went over & above. We highly recommend “Michigans Bat Experts”. (and, they offered a senior discount)
