I used this company before when I was a homeowner and received excellent customer service. I am currently renting and was of need of their service and referred them to my landlord. The landlord had them come out to my apartment. Pete was the Tech that came out and John was the person I spoke to on the phone. Both were very professional and provided me great customer service.

I had bird "behind drywall" problem, John and Joe worked with me in resolving this issue. John the boss man was very helpful and in constant communication with updates of my situation. His employee Joe came promptly, handled the situation in short time and along the way filled me in on every detail of my situation. Clean up was neat and I was left problem free. Hopefully that's the last time I'll have the issue. Wasn't as costly as I expected. Thanks guys, will recommend.

This company did such fine work in such a timely and communicative fashion, that I'm actually writing this review even though it means publicly posting on Google Reviews that I had a possum in my basement! That should be enough said, but I'l take it a step further and explain that John and his men were able work with the unconventional challenge that our home's strange historic architecture presented in order to build a barrier to prevent future entry by critters. They arrived right on time and did beautiful work. Thank you for the peace of mind

Hired them at the end of July to remove 2 groundhogs from our property. Their traps are sat empty on our property until late September. They took the traps after we posted a negative review on Facebook. They also left a phone message saying that even though the traps sat empty on our property that they went beyond the contract. (While technically true, empty traps don’t do anything!) In August they said they would replace the traps and shortly afterwards stopped answering their phone or returning our messages. When we were able to talk to them, we got nothing but excuses and they would said they’d come the next day, and be a no show once again.
