Nick was an absolute blessing as I navigated the horrors of bed bugs. Even though Google said the company was closed the day I found the bugs Nick texted me back almost immediately and walked me through the process and got us on the schedule. He answered every question I had while we waited and prepared for our treatment date. While he could not warranty my service due to having concrete flooring in part of my house that needed treated he was able to kill them all. It’s been 3 months since my service and no more bugs! I hope I never need Nick again but if I’m ever in need I will definitely be a return customer.

The company should not be using interior home electrical outlets during treatment and should NEVER leave their heating unit unmanned. They will not tell you they will leave this extreme fire hazard ALONE overnight. With all your smoke detectors unarmed, no one in the home, and no one attending to the heating unit, my entire home was at high risk. Do not trust them, check on your home. We had to stay outside on the property, for 10 hours because they LEFT THE UNIT ALONE AND RUNNING. They made bad excuses for leaving their unit unmanned, and HAVE NO REMOTE MONITORING CAPABILITIES, THIS IS A LIE. Would never recommend them to anyone, they should be reported and shut down.

The response was awesome. They were very attentive to our needs and privacy. The young man was very nice and informative.

The two men that did treatment were very kind and one of them explained everything to us at the end. That also made it known that we can just contact them with any questions. So far it was been 2 months and looks like treatment worked very happy .
