We have a wasp infestation. I called two other places first. One seemed like a national call center and didn't serve our area; the other was local but booked out for a week. Thomas from Midwest Pest came the very next morning (I had called at 5 pm). The night before, he explained over the phone how dealing with the wasps works. The next morning, the wasps weren't very active so it was hard to tell where they were coming from. He came back in the afternoon when it was warmer and they were out and about. There wasn't a lot he could do because we had made the poor decision to close off their entrance hole with foam, basically inviting them into our home and blocking access for Midwest to spray chemicals. But he gave advice and said he'd return if the situation got worse. I'm so thankful he gave us so much context and time, and can't believe we weren't charged for it. I'm impressed with the quick response, professionalism and kindness of this team.

Tyler was a true professional through and through. He was very patient with all of our questions and was always prompt with returning calls. Midwest is top notch when compared to other companies offering similar services. I would highly recommend them!!

We called Midwest for help with Asian beetles and boxelder bugs. The technician was very polite and came promptly. He sprayed our house and shed in approximately 20-30 mins. We enjoyed one evening without bugs. As soon as the sun came out the next day, our house was covered in swarming Asian beetles. I’m grateful he killed many bugs, but I’m not convinced the pesticide repels any future Asian beetles. Even the next day. To be fair the very nice technician called back to explain that the bugs must land on the chemical to die. He cannot control how many swarming bugs are in our yard. If they come and land, they will die. I believe him. He even said to check back with with him next week. Now, if someone could invent a spray to stop them like we spray for mosquitoes I’d be really happy.

Midwest Pest Control has sprayed our lake cabin (Detroit Lakes area) & home (Moorhead-Fargo) the past few years. They are always professional, quick & user-friendly. I highly recommend them.
