This is our 2nd maintenance service appointment from Midwest. The initial service call was w/ Andrew, & the second one was with Isaiah. Both service calls were interior & exterior service. Both men were exceprional representatives of their company, & Midwest should be justifiably proud of their employees (!) Friendly, knowledgeable, polite, respectful, thorough, and excellent at what they do. Highly impressed😊 Also kudos to the Office Staff...ALWAYS so solicitous, patient, & helpful whenever we've called!

I am very pleased with the service I’ve received. My most recent service was done by Isaiah, who impressed me (and I would welcome him back for any future service work). He called me on the way to my house, introduced himself, and made sure he understood any concerns. Afterwards, he checked in and told me what he did. All of my concerns were addressed. He’s a nice, personable and knowledgeable guy, and I would definitely work with him again!

Cody was very personable, professional and polite. He explained everything he was doing and everything he would be doing. He asked questions and offered suggestions. He dodged the rain showers to complete everything from checking bait boxes, removing spider webs, applying granular deterrents and spraying inside and out. He was prompt, professional but approachable and knew his job. Well done!

Midwest Pest Control is excellent. Our technician Michael is very conscientious and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and doesn’t miss anything. He unscrewed a soffit vent to remove to 2 wasps nests. He takes pride in his work and maintaining our home so it’s pest-free. Outstanding service; highly recommended.

Andrew came and got rid of a couple wasp nests and cleaned all of the spider webs from around the house. He offered to do the inside as well, but due to our dogs we declined this time. Very respectful of the property and 10/10 would recommend

Dave the Technician was great! He put me at ease and used a little humor. We have a "plan"....he was great as was John my initial contact.I will want Dave going forward as he is knowledgeable and knew what he was go8ng to do before he got here. Stuart Little and his "friend" will be evicted very near in the future! I like the communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommend 👌

Thomas was great! I had a few questions, and he took the time to answer and explain everything to me. He was so kind and respectful throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his help!

Lyman did a great job servicing my house and yard for the winter. Very capable and friendly young man. Midwest does a great job hiring knowledgable and friendly technicians. Since I live by a wooded area, Midwest is generous with their mouse traps and extermination outdoor boxes. It is very much appreciated.

My technician was very thorough. He stopped by after he was finished to report a gas leak on the side of our condo. Thank you so much. Mid American stopped by and was able to get it fixed. Thank you so much!! Sincerely, Mary
