5 stars are not enough to rate our experience with Donald. He was over the top meticulous while dealing with a very challenging bee removal project of 3-5 thousand bees. He made several trips back afterwards at 5-6 am to vacuum up remaining bees. I appreciate his patience with me in explaining what he was doing. This was a rescue, he saved the hive

Highly recommend, they make it very easy to do business. Every technician has been great to work with. Our last technician, Julius, has been here a few times. He is always very friendly, accommodating, and professional.

Very community oriented! Not only do they deliver great results for customers (many of our members have used them) but they give back to the community. We are thankful that they choose to support our club and the Annual Village Fair!

* I had another issue with house flies after the racoon problem and the tech looked around, told me the problem would clear up, and he did not charge me. Exceptional. Exceptional. I had a large racoon in the attic. I am sick, have bad ptsd, and have bad allergies and Mikes Pest got out within 48 hours and removed the animal humanely. The tech was extremely courteous, well groomed, and professional. I am grateful.

Thorough, knowledgeable and friendly tech and excellent overall service. I tried to fight these bugs for a year before I gave in an hired Mikes…but so thankful to be almost completely bug free now.
