We recently had an ant issue at our home and reached out to Mills Pest Management for help. Not only did they resolve the problem quickly, but their customer service far exceeded our expectations. Wyatt, who came to our home, was professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how long the process would be. He patiently and throughly explained everything to us. From the first phone call to the follow-up afterward, the entire team was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we were satisfied. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise with such great communication and professionalism. We felt confident and well taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend them!

We couldn't be happier with the service we received. This is the second time that we've worked with Mills. The first time was to deal with termites when the selling agent colluded with another pest control company to say we didn't have termites, and surprise we did! We have had great service, straight forward communication with Mills. This time we had a flea issue with our dogs that we couldn't get under control. I do love pollinators so we went back and forth regarding spraying or not. We decided not to spray the yard, or the house but rather work with Mills to ensure rodents are not getting under our house and spreading fleas. They secured all vents, and created vent openings that our dog could not break through. We are happy with the brainstorming, communication and attention to detail.

Mills Pest Management is an excellent choice. The owner worked for another fine company that we used for years and after they closed their doors, he decided to open his own company. Mills’ work is excellent, they show up on time, perform whatever service that we request and for scheduling, you actually talk with a real, live human, one of the very nice girls who do their best to meet your scheduling requests. All in all, a smart choice if there’s any kind of pest you need to need to manage.

Really happy we went with a family-run business like Mills. When I called Terminix and Orkin, I was directed to a call center where I had to endure a sales pitch from someone who just wanted to upsell me. Talking with Mills was totally straightforward, they were very accommodating when I had to reschedule our appointment, and I was super happy with the work that their technician Nick did at my home. Nick was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

Price for commercial property is comparable to other services although the professionalism is top notch. They come on sight to perform an initial inspection and set up traps as to avoid disturbing regular business. They also informed me about the pest behaviors, type, and preventative measures. Their traps also seem to be doing work. I definitely recommend for commercial and would call them for my own home.
