Working with Mission Pest Management has been an excellent experience from start to finish. Michael, the owner, has been incredibly informative throughout the entire process. He really took the time to explain what was going on so I could make educated decisions. His team came out the same day I called, quickly took care of the situation, and immediately trapped multiple mice and a rat, which helped us get ahead of the problem. When you walk into your kitchen in the middle of the night in your new house and find mice, it feels like the end of the world. But Michael helped me understand that this is actually very common in the Atlanta area and not a big deal as long as it’s handled quickly. He and his team made both me and my fiancée feel comfortable through the entire process, and I truly trust them. I’ve decided to continue with Mission Pest Management for quarterly services to handle all pest management at our home. I feel they are very fairly priced and trustworthy. I can’t recommend them enough!

Michael and his team have been fantastic, helping provide reliable quarterly service! They also help tailor things to our needs, and take the time to help explain what to do to continue to prevent issues and maintain in between service. They’ve also twice helped provide a custom solution to critter challenges that was quick and reasonably priced! Their products are also safe for our dog and the guys are so great with having her in the house during their visit!

I was able to make an appointment for the next day and upon inspection, they did not find any problems so they told me the facts rather than lying so they could get paid to do unnecessary work (which would be what 90% of their competitors).
