I did not authorize Mitchell to charge my credit card for service this year. They charged my credit card $375 and scheduled an appointment without confirming anything with me. I will not be using Mitchell again or referring them to anyone. Putting a hold on someone's credit card is a sure fire way to lose business. Great job! *** Regarding "Auto Pay", per the agreement, that would only be applicable if both parties agree to the renewal fee. Mitchell Pest was the only agreeable party FYI.

Our technician, Alber, treated both the inside and outside of our home for ants and did a great job. We also signed up for their termite control service based on the quality of their work. I hired Mitchell for a one time service for pest for my house. The technician came was very friendly and told me what he did. I mentioned the wasp nest in my house and he told me he took care of it. When he left I went to check and all the wasp nest were still in my house.I sent them an email, and got a very belligerent respond from the secretary. No one has come to take care of the pest and I paid $325. Do not use.
