We have a Sentricon contract and called for service because our gutter installer suggested we might have an issue. Modern sent Alex the very next day. We were pleased to see him because he had previously provided scheduled services to us and we knew how thorough he was. He was great; very reassuring and said although we did not have termites, he would have all of our stations double checked. We have dealt with Modern for over 20 years and they have always been responsive to our needs with great termite, rodent and roach prevention. We feel they provide continuity as we see the same staff through the years who know us and our house and yard. They are a wonderful company.

Was in need of a new pest control service. I did a search on my neighborhood app and Modern Pest occurred more than any of the others. I went to their website which posts pricing and is user friendly. There are multiple ways to contact them. We got in touch quickly, set up service easily and had a technician out in the same day. The price is very reasonable. Very polite technician who listened to my concerns and did his work efficiently. Overall positive and efficient experience.

I have been using their outside only treatment services. This is great. No spraying inside. Gets rid of pest before they get inside. Also, have less issues with fire ants in yard. I have been with Modern for about a year. The technician Joseph is professional and thorough.

I noticed an influx in bugs and gave Modern Pest Control a call to move my appointment up. They were able to get to my house in 2 days. Our normal tech wasn’t available and I was open to a new one. He came out, addressed my concerns, and treated every issue. I highly recommend this company!

The service quality is great, the communication sucks. This has happened to me many times and it is sporadic. They set a time and don’t show up for an hour or 3 hours late with no communication. I have to call. I often have a time early in the morning and the office isn’t open till 9. This last time he showed up 2 hours late but he did text me an hour and half late to let me know. That didn’t help at all. We had left since I called and told the virtual assistant to reschedule. We came home to accommodate the service person. The reason why they get three stars is because once I told the home office about my frustration they texted me several times and the service person texted me to apologize.
