    ⚠️ WARNING!!This company has been charging us for services and we have called multiple times to complain. The customer service and numerous conversations regarding lies on the reports, videos sent and the problems still occur. They say they scan the bait boxes but that’s it. You wonder why we have an excessive mouse issue when you stated that you were told not to go inside but that’s a lie when I have video. This company should rebate all our money as it’s fraud to state you provided a service and the service was not done! Cobwebs don’t occur in under 24 hours, the box was never moved or touched.

    Modern pest is great! We had a black ant, spider, carpenter bee, mouse, mosquito, and worst of all- house centipede- problem and within the first treatment our house was bug free. Months later and the bugs have not returned, but if they do, modern is great about having techs come out to address your pest needs until those pests are well and truly gone. Everyone was super friendly, especially our tech Michael, who was incredibly accomodating- we have pet rats, so treating our house had to strike a balance between removing pests without harming our beloved and intentionally kept pests lol. If you have any kind of common bug or rodent problem, modern pest is the place to call!

    Save your money and use your own bait and traps. Hired Modern Pest back in February to try and identify where mice and insects were getting in the house and to eliminate them. They came and set a bunch of bait traps and every subsequent visit they’d say the bait was empty and there was still mouse activity, so they’d refill the bait and leave. Initially they came every 2 weeks since their traps were emptying fast. Then those visits started getting less and less frequent so I’d check the traps myself and see they were empty. They were only coming once every month or 2 at this point even after calling to let them know the bait was gone. They did nothing at all to identify how the mice were getting in or how we could prevent it. Finally cancelled the contract early since there was absolutely no value to the service. The only positive is that they let us keep the bait traps. We bought our own bait and set them back up and within the first week have found a dead mouse in the garage. Never saw one dead mouse in the 8 months we were working with Modern Pest. There is absolutely no value to this company. Dave your money.

    Service was good, price could have been lower. The company never showed up for the second appointment on my 3 family house. This greatly inconvenienced 3 families (2 with new born babies). Very poor communications on the company's part.

    Absolutely, disgusting company, buying out smaller companies with a militant approach. If you expect a decent service, you must look for a smaller family owned business that has not yet drank the Kool-Aid. If you’re into spending your money on corporate America and in people who genuinely do not care about you Or more importantly, your pest issue , then this is for you. Choosing this company, your technician will not have the opportunity to provide you with a quality service because of his employer’s demands. In This company integrity does not exist. You are simply a number.

    Miguel the service tech is awesome. We have had him several visits. Is always thorough and goes above and beyond. Miguel is 5 stars Not overly happy with the customer service of modern. Used to be with a small company they bought. Prices were reasonable and service was great. Prices have almost doubled. Communication is not great. No reminder for appointment so surprised and caught off guard when tech showed up tech offered to reschedule but I wasn’t gonna do that to him.

    Adam is one of the best service person you guys have . Is very Thorough and knows exactly what he’s doing And gets the job done. So please take care of him and not let him go anywhere else so I rated five star for his service today. He came for the quarterly my treatment and he found three holes with a lot of activities in my basement. He filled every hole hopefully that should reduce the activities. Thanks, Adam. Keep up the great work.

    Kicker was very friendly professional and he really liked my puppy. He did a recheck of my traps indoors and because of the rain outside I said I could reschedule cause I just wouldn’t wanna waste the product cause it was raining pretty hard out. Thank you Modern kickers are great worker and you should be very proud of him. Happy Thanksgiving!

    The technician came out and inspected the house for signs of rodents inside and outside including the cellar and hatch-way under the house. He was very polite, thorough and efficient. He had been to my home before which was a comfort to me. He did a very good job. I was very pleased. He deserves a bonus.

    Kalon Was very friendly . He texted me when he got here, I let him know my grandson was asleep in my arms and tge door downstairs was open to let himself in. He text me back to ask if I had a texdeo cat who was at the door . I said yes and he let her in. When he finished furnace room he texted to see if he should come upstairs. He was very quiet and did the attic and kitchen. I asked him to do garage. Then I saw him outside my step to making sure all the windows had no holes for mice to get in. He took the extra step on my behalf. Very excellent work ethics. I very much appreciate that it was kalon because I was considering getting another company because of the frame options. Please give him more than 5 dollars. He really cares about the customer. Conni Levesque
