I have been a loyal member of this company for several years, and I have consistently received prompt resolution to any issues I encounter. If there have been any concerns such as not being mosquito-free, they have promptly returned to address them. A simple phone call is all it takes to receive the dedicated assistance from the helpful staff. I confidently endorse this company to both my acquaintances and relatives.

I was a little skeptical about taking this route in fighting all the mosquitos but after our first treatment I was a believer. I did have some questions after our second treatment with concerns on how quickly the technician left, but after speaking with Becka at the office she did explain that some techs can move more swiftly than others, yet it would not impact the quality of the service. It's been a few weeks and I have admit that I do agree. I appreciate the services, it's worth the fees and their customer service certainly put my mind at ease.

Full disclosure, the office manager, Becca, is my friend, but I am also a customer. I have been a customer since Becca started working there, which means I have been utilizing the company's services for a period of 8-9 years. Throughout this time, I have encountered no issues with either the service or the customer support. On one occasion, I expressed my dissatisfaction with an applicator for arriving late when I was planning to barbecue. To my satisfaction, I received nothing but professionalism in response, and the following day Becca personally called to assure me that my preferred schedule would be noted for future services. While Becca is indeed my acquaintance, I am confident that she extends the same level of respect and professionalism to all customers. I highly recommend this service, not only for its effectiveness in eliminating mosquitoes, but also for the professional and respectful treatment you will receive.

South Alabama weather…how I loathe thee…especially the mosquitoes that come with it. Pretty sure I saw one the other day that was large enough to carry away my dog. Let me tell you though….Mosquito Authority knew just what to do. I called and spoke to the office manager, Becca, and she helped me with a plan of action to tackle the flying varmits. Due to the never ending heat and rain down here, I am sure I haven’t seen the last of them but Becca assured me that she was only a phone call away from doing battle again. This is a company that really cares and it shows through their employees!

Layton is a super nice and polite. I appreciate the phone call saying he is on his way so I can put my dogs in the house. Layton always does a great job and I am happy with the service that he provides.
