Steve received the emergency call and showed up within 15 minutes after we were told he would arrive within the hour. Steve was very knowledgeable and attentive to our need and worked really hard to accommodate that need. Although he will have to return to complete the job, his knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made the call a pleasant experience.

This was Isiah's first visit to my property. He was very professional. He called when he was about a half hour away; when he arrived, he promptly introduced himself and let me know that he had not been here previously. He asked if there were any new areas like gardens or other that he should avoid. Then he asked where I might have problem areas so that he could pay particular attention to them. He walked the property to familiarize himself and check for any issues. Afterwards, he began applying the mosquito pesticide. He was very thorough and didn't rush through the process. I have been able to enjoy my yard at any time of the day since Mosquito Authority began servicing my property. I appreciate that they do a thorough job and listen to their customers. Cedric Hughes did a great job today! We have asked that whoever comes to spray our yard from Mosquito Authority, call ahead of time so we can make sure our dogs are in. He called ahead of time to let us know when he would be arriving and he was very polite! We appreciate being able to sit in our backyard and not be tore up with mosquito bites!! Thank you Cedric for the heads up and courteous attitude and thank you Mosquito Authority for hiring kind staff, that also destroys our mosquito population!!!

Sydney Behe is a person who provides excellent service... besides being so kind, you can see that she loves what she does.
