This is a ripoff. Technicians take advantage of people not being at home and do only a small patch of your property and leave. People think they get service but get nothing. Fortunately this time we caught them on camera. A boss named John called and said the property is big and they are operating at a loss. No more Mosquito Joe ripoff for us! And as to the so called owner’s reply, this is not how it works: we have agreed on a price based on an agreed map of the property… this is new management rewriting the rules for more profit… also there was no offer of better treatment and no refund as promised. A complaint for financial misconduct was logged with the credit card charged… this company is not on a good track.

This morning between 7:00 and 7:10 am, the person driving this vehicle nearly hit me twice by driving recklessly. First, in a residential area didn't even respect the stop signs, and then on Norbeck Rd and Gude Drive, their driving was even worse, going over 50 miles per hour and weaving through the vehicles without caring if they caused an accident.

Company is very accommodating I called and asked for another spray as we still had mosquitoes in the yard. They didn’t hesitate and returned to spray again at no charge.

After a very buggy summer last year, my husband and I decided to book Mosquito Joe for the 2022 summer so we could actually enjoy our yard. I've been thrilled with their service and have noticed a significant difference in mosquitos. We no longer get bit to death and have enjoyed our yard all summer. The techs are always very professional, quick, and efficient. If you've been hesitant, don't be any longer, I can't recommend Mosquito Joe enough.
