Was a customer for a few years. The first year it seemed to actually work - the people spraying would take their time and ensure the yard was well coated. However, as time passed the service became unreliable, either not showing up at all, or spraying for literal seconds before hopping back in their truck and heading off. I cancelled last year and received confirmation, but at the start of this year they automatically charged my card several hundred dollars. After calling to get this sorted, I was told that I should have looked at the marketing email I was receiving (which went into junk as they are so numerous) and made it seem like they were doing me a favor by refunding the charge they made in error. Really scummy business practices to ignore cancellations and then blame the customer when they decide they are going to keep charging you. Cancelling this service is akin to cancelling a gym membership.

This will be our third year with Mosquito Shield and they cannot be beat. They spray your property more than all the other companies out there and even better is their customer service. Have never had an issue that wasn't personally resolved. They have even come out and sprayed after a rain. I was never able to enjoy our outdoors during the summer prior to getting Mosquito Shield. Best money you will ever spend. Locally owned and operated. They treat you like they would their own family.

Mosquito Shield has been servicing our property for two years, and we have been incredibly happy with them! We do the tick and mosquito protection for our house, and since we have been using them, can actually enjoy being outside! Our daughter is very sensitive to bites, and using their services has meant that she and all of us can enjoy the outdoors more!

I was skeptical about whether this service would be effective. The last few summers, we've been unable to use our yard due to the many, many aggressive mosquitoes on our property. Mosquito Shield has far exceeded our expectations. The number of mosquitos in our yard has been DRAMATICALLY reduced. My children and I spend time in the yard daily now; I think I've experienced three bites all summer, where in summers past, I'd get three bites just walking down the driveway to my car. I will most definitely use this service next summer, and feel confident recommending Mosquito Shield to my neighbors.

They are spraying RIGHT NOW in the pouring rain, after telling us the product only works when it's dry out. Last summer every time they sprayed it was a day scheduled for rain within the hour and didn't stop until we complained. After we complained mutiple times, they changed when they sprayed. If you use them, be ready to demand re-sprays. Then it'll work. Otherwise it's a waste of money that feels like an intentional milking of clients who don't want to complain.
