Kendra and her team always do a great job. Jason came by today finished everything for the season. We haven’t had any complaints about anyone getting mosquito bites outside. Their service is great. The guys are great. Highly recommend

Always have meant to leave these guys a 5 star but today definitely made me go right and do it. I had all three of my dogs out in the yard who could have gotten out and these guys took the time to call us , tell us they were here so we could bring them in safely before they opened the gate. Every single time they come it’s service like that. They are just so respectful, pleasant and go out of their way to lock up behind themselves as well meaning our gate , etc. which is so important to us when you have pups. Y’all seriously are the best. Can’t recommend these guys enough! And most important: we enjoyed our huge backyard and deck without all the mosquitos this past summer thanks to them!!!! Thanks again guys!

Hi Kendra and team - very disappointed in treatments this year. I can’t even be outside for few seconds before I’m getting eaten alive. I wear pants, long sleeves, socks and shoes but they get me on my hands and my face and neck. Basically every application was followed by rain - the last time I spoke with one of the sprayers when he was getting ready to spray and it was actually starting to rain. I asked him to let you know and that I wanted him to come back the next day or asap but he said he wouldn’t be able to be back until the next week towards the end of that week when they were back in Annapolis. I try not to complain and when I have in the past you have always been very responsive and I appreciate that. The guys that come to spray are always really nice as well but it just doesn’t seem to be worth it if we can’t go outside. I always empty any standing water after it rains. I really struggled with giving any stars for the rating because it has been just horrible this year. I am requesting to have some intense spraying done for the rest of the season to hopefully be able to spend a few hours outside. I know that we have been customers for years and have appreciated your service greatly and understand this is a very unusual year and I’m sure will be continuing going forward due to climate change. Please let me know your thoughts.

We have never been disappointed in this company. Since we began using them several years ago (after I had Lyme Disease in 2015 which caused great health problems leading to hospitalization) we have not had a mosquito or tick problem. This makes for a wonderful outside experience. Before using this company, we could not be out at any time of the day. Additionally, the Home Barrier Spray for insect control in & outside our home has been great! Thank you, Mosquito Squad!

Would highly recommend! Zipn arrived early and was so very knowledgeable and kind. He did a walk through and then went to work. I've had many other service my yard in the past but none as thorough or patient as Mosquito Squad of Annapolis and Zion specifically. Not only was he fast, he got everything. He even got the tall brush no one has ever hit before. He also did two coats in the high traffic areas. I was so impressed with this company and Zion. I will defibrillator definitely be using them going forward. Also, Jennifer, in the office, was a pleasure to speak with. She was extremely knowledgeable and have stellar customer service! I never felt like just another customer through the entire process.
