Brandon always gose beyond and cares about his customers. He takes his time and finds out what's going on and listens. Now I am having problems with Derek he never listens and slacks off when he comes out. I have been telling him I feel like they're a leak and he been anoyying it.

This has been a great company to work for and they really care about their employees. When the product is being applied correctly, it will drastically decrease the amount of mosquitos and other bugs in your yard and around your house, I know because I've used if for my yard. Getting a properly installed and maintained misting system is the ultimate in Mosquito prevention. Give this company a call to see what they can do to help you get the enjoyment of your outside back again.

No-worry results and very good service. There is however an ongoing issue with corporate which involves their failure to pay the gate entry fee of $10.00. This failure necessitates the service personnel or the client receiving the service to pay... failing the gate entrance payment the client can't receive the contracted service. Hopefully corporate will step up to the plate and become more client friendly. I look forward to it. Best, A mostly satisfied customer.

[Kessler - 1246 Old Ivy Way Mt. Pleasant, SC] Brandon was the service tech today. He called while he was on his way to the house, describing what was going to be done, which is great. Communication lacks with many service=based companies today. Once on site he began working to perform all of the tasks outlined in the original service call, working with a good steady pace, no goofing around. He then took the time to check the pressure on the system (serviced last week) and noticed that the pressure was lower than Antwan has trained everyone to maintain (150 v. 250). He then communicated with me, as well as corporate (Antwan), and then followed back up with me to check my preference of a schedule for replacing the pump. They sought to try and fix it before a gathering we have on Sunday, which was very considerate of them. But I suspect the fogging done today will take care of everything until next week, particularly since it won't be raining between now and Sunday. This kind of accommodating customer service, as well as attention to detail, is what makes MosquitoNix several cuts above the rest. And I say this as a multiyear customer who has been a part of the company's evolution. I've referred them to others, including colleagues and close friends without any hesitation. I've not had another service vendor for anything home related that I've ever referred to others.
