I have been extremely pleased with all services they provide. Sandra is diligent and prompt when service needs are required. Appropriate information for key preparation for any scheduled treatment is provided to the client, where applicable and, if key preparation is completed successfully by the client, treatments are successful for full resolve. Perhaps the worst experience I've ever had with a service company. I never write reviews like this but felt like i had to in this situation. Absolutely awful. Avoid. I called them beforehand to get clarity on how they needed the apartment to be prepared. I prepared the apartment to their liking with everything removed from the cupboards and covered with a sheet. They completed their roach spraying while I was on a work trip without me present. During the call before the service, I also told them to call me if there were any issues or if they had any questions while they were in there and I would do my best to assist as i would not be physically in the unit, and they said they would (i never recived a call so assumed everything was okay). When i returned, I received no information of what work was completed, or if any work was completed. So i called with several questions about their thoughts about the roach activity, what next steps needed to be completed on my end and what pest control I could do on my end. None of my questions were answered - instead, I was met with extreme rudeness and yelling from the female owner of this company because I missed emptying one cupboard up top with just a few items in it in my rush to get to my work trip. When I said I would no longer use their services because of the way she was talking to me, she continued to yell, and so I said I would not tolerate being spoken to that way, told her to have a great day and hung up. Despite this, I felt bad about our conversation, and emailed to see if we could start off on a new footing and reiterated my questions in email - i recieved no reply. Instead, she then reported me to my property management and lied about abusive behavior occurring during the scheduled call (of which I did not attend because i was on a work trip). Scum behavior. Avoid 1000000%, there are several other companies who will treat you way better. EDIT: The owner's reply to my review speaks volumes. "I'm sorry you feel that way." No accountability or admission that the way I was spoken to on the phone was unacceptable, or lying about "abusive behavior occurring during the scheduled call" when I was not at the call as I was traveling on a work trip. The woman I spoke to on the phone should strive to improve her customer service skills. Not good. I would have happily referred more business to your company or anyone needing pest control services had you: 1. Provided a follow up resource on what work was completed (a checklist left at the apartment, or follow up email for example) 2. Not been unbelievably rude to me on the phone. Both of the above things are not difficult to execute on. Someone else should handle customer communication at your company. Just really bad all around.

Mountain Pest Control offers excellent service. Joel is knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He will take the time to answer any of my questions. He has never had to return a second time to deal with the same problem. His wife Sandra who runs the business can be easily reached by phone and I've never had to wait for more than a few days to schedule a service appointment. So far he's been at my house for mice, wasps and carpenter ants. I have been using Mountain Pest Control for approx. 13 years and will continue doing so. If I could give Mountain Pest Control a rating higher than a 5 I would.

I have and do use this company both at my work as well ad my homes. Joel and Sandy are both very professional and reliable I would and have recommended Mountain Pest to anyone.
