Mountain State Wildlife Removal saved the day at my house! Orkin performed a bogus inspection and quoted me nearly $6k for a bat removal job which would have required significant demolition in my attic. Mountain State came out and performed an extremely thorough inspection. They were so thorough that they discovered a piece of plywood that the Orkin inspector didn’t notice/disclose. It separated where the bats were living from the rest of the ceiling requiring NO demolition and they quoted me $1.8k. Because I paid upfront, they got right to work that same day and came back 2 weeks later for about 20 minutes to remove all one-way doors, finish sealing the attic vents, and disinfect everything.
