Melanie has been so great to.work with & telling me all about the services they do. She's extremely knowledgeable & very easy going & friendly. She's goes above & beyond for people. I've thoroughly enjoyed talking & working with her for all my needs of their products & services. Very happy to have talked with her 1st. She's a great representative of the company & they are very fortunate to have her on the front lines.

Porter has serviced our home on several occasions now and done a great job. He listens to the problem areas we have at any given time and is sure to give those spots the attention needed. He is a great tech and ensures the job is done well.

Mountain West Pest Control keeps harassing me, despite me telling them I'm not interested and even to be put on their "Do Not Call" list. They are constantly calling, texting, emailing and sending letters to beg for money. I used their services a few times and it was ineffective, at best. One of the workers on the last service had told me they were low on chemicals so they just sprayed water, he said it was his last day so he didn't care if the company was exposed. I 100% recommend avoiding Mountain West Pest Control.

Great Service!!! Our pest control professional, James, is phenomenal at his job. He's very quick, yet effective and thorough, and has helped us with mice/bug problems each season. He has a wide knowledge of the hotspots around our building and always does his job with a positive and uplifting attitude. We appreciate him and Mountain West Pest Control very much over here!

And it got better. All the bugs are gone. Nasty little infestation. And now, I'm hiring them to do my lawn care. Awesome company with very fair rates.

We have been using Mountain West Pest for several years. We started with pest control and then also hired them for weed control and lawn services in the Summer of 2024. We noticed drastic results with both immediately. We had a terrible spider problem that has been practically wiped out, and we had been fighting really bad lawn weeds for more than 10 years, and our weed problem ended with their first treatment. And the prices are very reasonable! Each technician is very thorough and respectful of property. Most recently, we've had Richard, Austin, Koby, Chad, and Damon. We get Koby the most. Mountain West, please give these great gentlemen a pat on the back for a respectful job well done. Hannah is fantastic, as well, and I just got off the phone with her where we scheduled them for next year too! I highly recommend Mountain West Pest, and have referred them to my mom, as well.

Steve was very diligent while conducting his work. Steve checked every trap and thoroughly sprayed all areas. My employees called to let me know how exceptional Steve was, and asked to request Steve be our regular service rep. Thank you Steve for doing a great job!
