When the technician came, I was not home yet. I had called Moxie (at the 877 # from the text notification ) and left them a message that I would be late. (The appointment was 4-6 pm and I arrived home at about 4:15 pm.). But Moxie apparently didn’t tell the technician. When I got home , someone (Jahmal) was waiting in a Moxie van. I asked him and he told me that the application was done and a message with a Moxie card was hung at my door knob. Apparently he was waiting for me for the payment. I told him the application was prepaid yesterday when I signed up for the service. He contacted Moxie but was waiting for Moxie’s response. After a long while, he told me that Moxie is preparing a receipt for me and if I didn’t receive it in a few days, I should contact Moxie. Then Jahmal finally drove off. I didn’t see how Jahmal did the application, but he was dutifully waiting for me (for about 10 minutes ) for the payment. I wish the communication with Moxie were easier. What’s the best number to contact Moxie, the 877 number from the text notification? Later I saw a 412 numbers on the truck and then another 412 number on the card.

Easy to contact and schedule . They do their best to come out ASAP (not the same day, but they seem to do their best). Their tech reaches out 1 hour before coming in to ensure we are expecting them, which is a great feature as we all are at work and this helps us a lot to schedule our day and other activities. We had Jackie at our place yesterday and she did an awesome job!

Had my first visit. Everything went great. Chris showed up when he said he would. Was very polite and respectful. Explained everything and listened to my wife and I concerns. I was really impressed with him. Now we wait and see how the product works. From what I’ve seen I believe it will. We have a bee/ wasp and ant problem. I am always fighting ants outside and in. Also spider problem around pool. I will definitely update this review after the product has time to work. Thank you

Jahmal completed our quarterly service yesterday. He was incredibly professional and did a very thorough job. We are always so happy with the work Moxie does. We haven't seen a single ant inside the house or a tick anywhere in the yard since we started using their services.

Dennis' service may have been excellent, however as I was not at home at the time and no visit card was left on my door, I cannot confirm that any of the things claimed in the emailed service report were actually done. I do know that there was no mention of bait trap replenishment or report of their inspection. This is the second consecutive time that I have had this issue with Moxie. If your company cannot leave evidence behind that you actually visited my house or if you do not in include service of Rodent Bait traps in your quarterly visits, then I am requesting that you cancel my service agreement with your company. Thanks for your prompt attention to this request.

Sales team mislead the customer and you end up paying more than expected. They have recorded customer's commitments recorded so you won't be able to cancel before your term ends. If you try, you will end up paying 80% of the cost for the service that you want to cancel. But the salesman's commitment is not recorded, so there is no "evidence" of their misleading. I am feeling trapped. I would never trust this company anymore. Their business ethics is very poor. Reply to the owner's comment: While taking subscription, I was told that I will be paying once a quarter, 4 times a year. The visit after 1month from the first visit will be free of cost. But in reality, I am fully charged for that visit, resulting in 5 full payments in a year. I am fine if the charge for that particular visit (the visit one month after initial visit) is fully refunded.

Chris is really good at what he does. Real good worker nonsense what he has to do and he gets it done good and fast. I give him one of the best recommendations you can give a work at what he does. Any of my neighbors ask me about the service I will recommend Moxie. Thank you Chris

He did a good inspection of my attic. Found some issues. He said he was going to quote a fix for my insulation problem in 5-10 min. But he left without doing that or telling me was leaving. I am still interested in hearing his quote.

Scheduled an appointment for 5:00 pm so I could be there because I wanted interior service, and I get a notification that he’s there at 8:30 am. Called and they told me it was an anytime appointment. Very poor communication. If you don’t have a job and can sit at home all day I guess this will work for you, but if you need something later in the day you might as well forget it. Still have bugs inside after 2 visits.
