I’ve been impressed with Moxie pest control. They are always on top of the schedule when it’s time to come out and service my house and everyone is so friendly. Everyone who has come over has been friendly, efficient, and professional. Most recently Daniel came out for the service and he was great. What an asset to your team

Brendon came by and treated my home for earwigs and spiders. He also laid down granular and treated for wasps. He was incredibly thorough, making sure to address every potential entry point and nesting area. I really appreciated how he explained what he was doing and why, putting my mind at ease. Since his visit, I haven't seen a single spider or earwig, and the wasp activity has completely disappeared. It's such a relief to know my home is protected, and I highly recommend Moxie for his excellent service.

Matt was great! We have had a small issue with mice/rats and he gave us meaningful suggestions and options that were very helpful. He was professional, knowledgeable and I appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase unnecessary additional services. He was clear with his explanations and made making a decision very easy. Moxie Pest Control won me over and EARNED my business. I swore I would never switch pest control companies and have turned away dozens of offers (for 5 years!)...but today that changed. I explained to the Moxie Rep that knocked on my door that we were happy with our provider and that we had just had a treatment 10 days ago. The Moxie Rep politely showed me around my yard how many areas that they had missed, some quite serious. They pointed out carpenter ants around our foundation and even a ground burrowing wasp nest the size of my fist, inches away from our front porch steps! I liked the reasonable price they quoted me which was very close to what I was paying currently (very affordable even on my limited fixed income) and their service coverage is more comprehensive than my previous company. And NO fast-talk or pressure. The company has deep roots in the community (decades), and a very good reputation with my neighbors who are established customers with Moxie. Lastly, the sales Rep - Reed, and the technician - Neivi, were cheerful, very knowledgeable, professional, answered every question I had, and did everything they said they would do. Received pest control services from Moxie Pest Control this morning after setting up a quarterly program the previous day. The technician was very responsive and knowledgeable regarding the services that he provided, answered all the questions with helpful information and instructions with regard to our dogs safely being able to go out in the yard. I appreciate his communication because that is extremely important to me. Spoke also with customer service this morning to confirm billing arrangements and found them to be extremely helpful as well. Too bad Google doesn't let me submit with zero stars! We've had Moxie for several years, but this summer their service doesn't appear to be working. We're experiencing an ant infestation for the third time just this summer! The ants completely ignore the bait boxes inside and outside our home. Now it appears they've made a nest somewhere inside our kitchen walls and are coming out of an electric socket. We are supposed to have a bug barrier outside to keep them from coming inside! It takes a couple days to get a technician scheduled - my wife called on a Monday and no one was available until Thursday! And then... there was a broad window for when they'd come. Hope you work from home. The last technician told us to keep the kitchen cleaner because ants look for and find "micro" particles. We clean the kitchen with disinfectant wipes! If we can't see or clean micro-particles then we'll always have ants! Why are we paying for this service again?!?

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! I signed up for Moxie in Sept 2024 (last year). I was promised quarterly services on Oct/Jan/Apr/July/Oct... see the screenshot from my contract. Then I received services on Oct/Jan/MARCH/JUNE/SEPT. They were moving the service up by a few weeks each time in order to shift my billing cycle and get >4 payments/year, which it was expected to be a QUARTERLY service. To add insult to injury... they just emailed us to inform us they are switching to a "monthly" billing cycle. Instead of waiting the 3 months for my quarterly PRE-PAYMENT, they charged me the NEXT MONTH. See screenshot of how I was billed. When I called to asked about this, they said "oh yea this is pre-payment for December". So now they are double-dipping my pre-payments and hoping that I won't notice they are asking me to pay for services many months out. Reason for rating: They have agreed to refund the extra monthly payment, put me back on the quarterly cycle, and promised to stick to the *agreed upon* quarterly timeline and stop shifting it to squeeze in an extra payment. The specialists have been fine and the extra treatments at no cost is nice. But I will be dropping the service immediately if any of this changes.

We have always had a great experience with Moxie Pest Control. David had been to our home on multiple occasions and is always polite, efficient, and helpful. His work is very thorough and he is always available for questions and suggestions. David is professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him, and Moxie's excellent service.

Our pest control guy, Fredrick is amazing. I was running late for our appointment today and he immediately started my service & patiently waited for me. He even offered to help me unload my groceries. He went above & beyond his duties. He was so nice & understanding. He definitely is an asset to Moxie Pest Control.

Michael is super knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He helped us make a plan, stick to it, and ensure that it's working. It's been a massive relief not to have to re-explain our needs over and over and to know that our tech actually cares.
