1 Star (If I could give 0, I would) Moxie Pest Control has been the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a service company. I signed up hoping they would solve my pest issues, but even after multiple visits and “re-service appointments,” I STILL see spider webs, spiders, and silverfish both inside and outside my home. I even pointed out the webs to their technician during the visit—he said he would take them down, but guess what? They’re still there. Absolutely nothing got resolved. The biggest scam? When I called to cancel after seeing no results, they told me I’d have to pay an EARLY TERMINATION FEE. Be warned—once you sign up, you’re locked in for 12 months, and they’ll just keep pushing more re-services that accomplish nothing. It’s basically a trap where you keep wasting money while still dealing with pests. Save yourself the headache, time, and money. Don’t fall for the “promises” like I did. Moxie Pest Control will do NOTHING effective for your home, and they’ll make it extremely difficult (and expensive) to get out of their contract. Total rip-off

Worst service ever . Usually when you have your yard treated for pest you would smell it when you come home for a day. Came home from work didnt smell anything. So it was not treated. The things that are check off are not done . To much to type pictures do justice.

Darron and Seneca were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, went about their business, asked if there were any areas that needed special attention. Seneca was great with my 3 year old grandson! They both deserve a medal for putting up with him! Great job and great service!

So these folks are totally unresponsive. I spoke to their support folks last Thursday about an issue with the termite work that you’ve seen in the picture below. They told me that I would receive a call within 24 hours. That never happened. I guess I’ll have to call Support again to figure out how to get them to respond. This is nuts. Need to change my review. Here is an honest review of the services. For starters, i gave a positive review because an agent stood by me while i entered the google review page and told me that if i gave him 5 stars, he would get $10. Peer pressure, but he was standing next to me offering to navigate to the url itself. The most recent issues stem from both their mosquito and termite services. They installed the mosquito solution in the front of our house when we said that our worst problem was in the back. They initially installed in the back, but moved it because our dogs knocked the container over two times. I asked them to secure it or move it outside our invisible fence. We are gettting eaten alive. I sent a message to Moxie two days ago but have received no response. Next i fell for the termite solution. I knew better but felt pressured again. After they installed the units, i asked them if they covered all areas and they said yes. Today I walked around the property to make sure that they did install all units and found the one pictured below tossed on the ground. I would think that a couple of thousand dollars would pay for better service than this. Overall, the service folks seem to try to do a good job, but the company and services are subpar. Don’t fall for the “Review me so I can get $10 routine. Of the 5 or 6 folks that have come out, all but one has asked me to review them so they get paid more. I would hope that Moxie pays them enough so that they don’t have to beg for positive reviews.

Darron came out on a Saturday afternoon and called to let us know his arrival time… He was very kind and courteous, but most of all very knowledgeable. He explained many aspects of why we were having certain issues with stink bugs, and such. Darron was such a pleasure to talk with and learn from and we hope that we get to see him again at our Home next visit . Mel & Dell.

Elimination of webs is very poor. Immediately after sweeping key areas like along siding bottoms there is lots of material left. Blue pic is most recent and the other pic is after first treatment. Key reason for rating is this material left behind each time.

Charles did a very thorough pest spray for us today. He got down every web that was nesting in our front porch area and did an excellent thorough spraying of our foundation area. We are very pleased with his service. And, he was very respectful and quiet as he showed up at 8 AM on a Saturday and we would’ve never even known he was here. 😁

I always appreciate it when i see the familiar face of Mohammed show up at the door. He is very courteous, respectful and thorough in making sure he hits all the nooks and crannies of my 150 year old farmhouse. Helps family feel protected from pest once he comes. Thanks for your consistency!

Ben was here promptly and asked if we had any issues. I told him of what we saw and he explained that their service will address everything we saw. He went to work quickly and didn't disturb any of the plants or shrubs. Completely professional and helpful!
