Still have spiders and if you try to cancel they have a script they will read you. They are all trained to lie. But they're great peeps. The technician was mad I wasn't home and sprayed my security camera and ruined it.

Landon did my service today and he was kind and very efficient. My main concern were wasp all around my house and as soon as he arrived he found a huge nest and another smaller but big nest and he got rid of all of them. Great service. I don’t have trouble with bugs or spiders inside or outside my house since I’ve used Moxie service.

Had a great experience with Moxie Pest Control! Dakota and Josh were both friendly, professional, and thorough. They explained everything clearly and made sure to take care of all our concerns. The service was quick, and we really appreciated their attention to detail. Highly recommend them!

Jacob has serviced my home several times and is always polite and professional. He is very knowledgeable and answers any questions I have. Everyone I have dealt with has been courteous and helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Collin serviced my home today. Asked if there were any needs that needed to be addressed. Gave him the information. Performed the job as communicated. Then asked if there was anything else that was needed. Collin was personable, paid attention to detail, seemed to go above and beyond in servicing my property. Collin was enjoyable to be around. Would highly recommend him.

Today Dakota came to do a follow up. Moxie has been on the ball with keeping up with what we signed up for. I asked them to come out to follow up on the ants. They call to see how we are doing. Let us know when it’s time for them to come out again. Everything is so convenient and we have not had any issues. The guys have all been professional and respectful. Great job Moxie!

We just had our field expert, Jacob, come out and do our general pest control for the quarter and they always do such a great job! The Customer Service is outstanding and we have completely gotten under control our pest problem that we had before we started using them. Thank you above and beyond, and it is much appreciated. We no longer have a wasp problem and couldn’t be happier!

Jefff did a fabulous job. Very thorough. Was not hurrying just to move on to the next stop but was intent on doing the job well. Extremely satisfied with his work.

LOOK THEM UP ON BBB BEFORE SIGNING UP. Can i give -5 stars? Was not pleased with service. They came and knocked on my door as a new home owner in the area so I said what the heck let's try it. They did a spray to so call get the bugs to come out before the real treatment. We'll my dog started throwing up so I called and told them this and they said we'll sure we will wait and see if this stops. It did. I called back and told them I would like to cancel the service as my dog was allergic to something they sprayed. They said they could not cancel without basically the whole year's payment which ended up being around 440 dollars. I asked if possibly we could do the all natural treatment and they stated there would be an up charge mind you 2 of my services had already been missed so only 3 or 4 were left. Just a snakey service company. They are out to sell volume and make you sign there iPad to lock in that 500 dollars. They do not care to help you resolve your insect issues. I hope this helps atleast one person steer clear. Because 440 dollars later I sure wish I would have. All the other company that due this are local and I truly wish I would have given my money to one of them instead of these snakes and salesmen.
